Ok I've been baking for years and always used regular flour in my recipes, what's the difference between unbleached and bleached white flour? I have a feeling I know but having a brain fart? Thanks

I'm not sure of the EXACT answer to this, but I think it's something to do with the fact that bleached has been processed/has additives that are more likely to aggravate IBS than unbleached. Something like that anyway!
