Banana Protein Shake

Hi,
I am new to this so make any corrections you see as necessary. I came up with this tasty protein shake.
1 1/2 cups soy/rice milk (I use a blend) 1 banana (I have to have them ripe) 3/4 tbsp. peanut butter
I usually puree the banana and soy/rice milk and then put in the peanut butter and puree some more - Debbie, IBS C

mm, that actually sounds great! simple and great... I wonder if almond butter would work.

I am sure that it would work - I just added the peanut butter as peanut butter and banana sandwiches were a comfort food growing up and I wanted to revive that comfort feeling. Debbie, Ontario
