If you cook a batch of rice, how long is it good in the fridge? Can it be frozen? I'm not talking about instant, I just hate making a batch everyday, and wondered if I made a bunch how long it would be good in the frig? Thanks

If you do freeze it, I would add a little water to it so it doesn't dry out in the freezer and then when you want to reheat it, it will stay moist too.

As long as your fridge is below 41 degrees f. it is safe to hold it for 7 days. Then toss it!!!
