this was a tradition for my family at T'giving and I know both straws and rhubarb are good for relieving constipation-so this is probably not a good recipe for D-IBSers to eat - I'd love to make this pie for T'giving but have never made it before.....my Mom was not a baker, she bought everything, put whipped cream on it and we all pretended she'd baked it. lol Thanks for the help!

I've never had rhubarb yet, although I've been dying to try it. So, I don't have a recipe for the strawberry rhubarb pie, but these have been posted: Rhubarb Crisp , Safe Strawberry Pie , and Strawberry Chiffon Pie. Maybe you can try one of these if you can't find a recipe, or try making one but use part strawberry and part rhubarb instead of all of one?
