I looked these up yesterday in the recipe index and they came out DELICIOUS!
wheat free, fat free, milk free and totally DELICIOUS!!!
To me, they tasted like fudge cookies.. so good.

Heres the recipe posted by DanielleC..
Quote:

4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla (depending on how sweet you want them)
1 cup non-dairy cocoa powder
Set oven to 350 degrees
First, separate egg whites from yolks and with and electric mixer, whip them in a large bowl until very frothy, then, add the cup of sugar, vanilla, and salt and mix until there are no dry ingredients stuck to the side of the bowl. Then, start whipping again. Next, add cocoa and whip until all ingredients are blended evenly and mixture resembles chocolate. Then , spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and drop scoopfuls of mixture onto the sheet (approx. 1 inch apart) Place in oven for about 10 minutes and let cool for about 20 minutes. If you haven't used all of the mixture, it makes a great pudding! I like to use it as a dip for bananas. mmm mmm GOOD!!!

The only thing I did different was I used Egg beaters instead of the egg whites.. still came out MMMMM

mmm these sound good. I personally wouldn't use the batter as a dip because of the raw eggs... but yum I'm going to make these!

My good deed for the day, details from www.calorieking.com

4 egg whites 17 calories per egg white
1 cup sugar 774 calories
1/2 tsp. salt 0
1-1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla (depending on how sweet you want them) 37 for a tablespoon
1 cup non-dairy cocoa powder 197 calories

so total calories for the recipe is 1076, then divide this by the number of cookies that you get from the recipe and you'll have the number per cookie.
