I just got a George Foreman Lean Mean Reduced Fat Grilling Machine at a garage sale and thought it'd be good for when I make something for my family that I can't tolerate, then I could do a chicken breast or something. The problem is that there wasn't an instruction manual with it. Does anyone have guidelines of cooking times, etc, so I don't mess everything up. Also are there any special things I need to know before using it?

Some of the models differ slightly in use. Your best bet is to google the exact name of your one and the word instructions.
Here's one set of instructions that I got.

It is black and says Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine - on the bottom it says model #GR-10. It doesn't have an on/off switch or any other buttons or switches. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Goggling is a good idea. Mine is an older one with no on/off but it does have a low/med/high slide dial. They are pretty simple to operate, just plug in and check your food. It cooks really fast. I love mine.
