Cream of chicken soup substitution

Does anyone out there have a substitution for cream of chicken soup? I have a recipe I'd like to make IBS friendly, but I'm not sure what I could use in place of 2 cans of cr. of chicken soup. I read one recipe in the recipe exchange that uses Imagine creamy mushroom soup - I'm sure it could be substituted - if I could find it. Is it in a can or a dry mix?

Thanks to those who responded so quickly! I'll be anxious to try the substitutions and maybe post the recipe if it works out well.

I usually make a white sauce with soy milk, flour and soy margarine, then add powdered chicken buillion.
