I am looking for a jam for my morning toast that is going to be safe for IBS-D. Currently, in the house I have seedless all natural marrionberry jam - would that be a good idea? Any other suggestions for jam that I can by at the store would be much appreciated!

Seedless is best which I THINK makes it jelly vs jam but I might be wrong... watch for HFCS & some preservatives in them....
I LOVE marrionberry jelly from Oregon!!
Can you list the ingredients here or the brand name?

You bet, and thanks for the feedback. After reading your message I was motivated to have some toast with this marionberry jam - IT WAS EXCELLENT! The company is called "Walls Berry Farm" located here in Oregon.
Ingredients: Marionberries, Corn Syrup, Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Natural Fruit Pectin, & Citric Acid.
Is this still a good choice for me?
Good luck finding it in your stores up there, it shouldn't be too hard. Just in case though - here is the URL.
Walls Berry Farm & The Trailblazer Food Co.

This is the one that I have....
Betty's Kitchen Marionberry Home Made Preserves
Sugar, various fruits or berries, pectin, assorted spices in preserves.
I buy it at Mad Mary's in Joseph Oregon when we go to see Shane's family! :0

If you decide to buy commercial jam/jelly/preserves, check out Smuckers Simply Fruit -- they've got some seedless varieties and they don't have any HFCS. They're a little more expensive, though.
