I noticed a post re; subway subs as being safe for IBS's. Are you saying it's only the cold cut trio and the veggies for on it are safe?

I do fine with the turkey sub on white bread with tomatoes, a little green pepper, cucumbers and mustard. I can also handle some lettuce now, but that wasn't always the case.

Isn't the cold cut trio made from turkey Meat as well? Not sure of this, thought you might know

I do fine with turkey breast, little pickle, lettuce, & yellow mustard.
They have chicken breast & chicken breast strips too that you could request and then just add toppings that you want... you can customize Subway ANY way youu want to....
