I've never had them. What are they like?

Ever tried nasturstums? (I just butchered the spelling. Sorry.)They're orange flowers and taste peppery.

Changed it all around, of course. I substituted a homemade fat-free vinaigrette for the Catalina, and added a can of drained & rinsed cannellini beans, to make it a main-dish salad. It was SO GOOD. Next time, I think I might try an apple instead of the peach, for a little more texture.

A couple thoughts on the rice. I used normal white rice tonight, and it was good, but not as good as if you'd used basmati or jasmine. It's not the taste, but the texture - basmati/jasmine grains stay firm and separate better than plain white rice.

Also, if you're not especially good with IF, double up the rice - 1 1/2 cups is not a lot. (I was fine with it, but I can see where others might not be.)
