We had to turn on the airconditioner yesterday, so I guess it's really summer. I've got a few favorite summer recipes I've started making again and was hoping for some suggestions for others. Mine are:
Almond Chicken Salad
Crunchy Tuna Pasta Salad
Shrimp with garlicky tomato glaze

...and I'm going to post a bunch of salad and bbq recipes. I haven't tried all of them yet, but hey, whatever. 
I also like:
Rum-Glazed Pineapple, Mango & Chicken Skewers
Char-Grilled Honey Braised Chicken (Bun Ga Nuong)
I'm sure I'll have more to add to this....

The skewers look wonderful. I haven't gone through all the new recipes you posted yet, but I already know I want to try the tomato-pasta one.
I came up with two more already-on-the Board summertime recipes that I love:

Turkey Cheeseburgers. I made them with the mozz cheese only (1 C cheese always seemed like it would be too high in fat, though I never actually calculated it) and I omitted the mushrooms. I usually ate them on a bun with light mayo and ketchup. Yum!!! I'm going to have to make these again, it's been ages.
