I found this site while perusing for allergy food sites. This site allows you to put into their database what foods you CAN'T eat. So if you can't eat soy, you check that off your list, same with dairy. The only catch for us is the preparation, you have to watch for fried foods. FOOD YOU CAN EAT . COM

The link works, but their site is down. I placed spaces in the name so everyone would remember it. Guess I overthought the URL.........lol. I'm wondering if they've closed?
