*GARLIC ROASTED VEGGIE BLEND*

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

6 MEDIUM WHITE POTATOES
FRESH PACK OF SLICED MUSHROOMS
REAL GARLIC CLOVE
1 YELLOW BELLPEPPER
2 CAN OF WHOLE GREENBEANS
OREGANO
BLACK PEPPER
GARLIC SALT
OLIVE OIL

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
PEEL
POTATOES, WASH & RINSE THEM.
CUT POTATOES INTO MEDIUM CHUNKS. PUT INTO A LARGE BOWL.
REMOVE ALL SEEDS FROM PEPPER. REMOVE STEM. SLICE YELLOW PEPPER IN SLICES & ADD IN BOWL. PUT IN 3 TEAS. OF OLIVE OIL.
PEEL 3 PIECES OF GARLIC AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES. ADD IN BOWL. PUT 2 PINCHES OF GARLIC SALT, AND ONE PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER.
ADD MUSHROOMS IN BOWL.
SHAKE BOWL UNTIL ALL ARE MIXED.
BAKE POTATOES,MUSHROOMS, AND PEPPERS ON 375 DEGREES
IN A NON-STICK PAN UNTIL
POTATOES ARE DONE. BROIL POTATOES UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN.
PUT GREENBEANS IN A BROILER.
ADD TWO TEAS. OF OREGANO.
ADD ONE TEAS. OF OLIVE OIL TO BEANS.
MIX AND HEAT UNTIL HOT.
POUR GREENBEANS OVER POTATOES AND MUSHROOMS.
STIR AND MIX WELL. LET CASSEROLE SIT FOR 2-3 MIN. & SERVE.

Hmmm, if I made this, I think I'd reduce the oil and omit the green beans all together. It seems to be a lot of IF there all at once, though there are potatoes to counter it.

Sounds delish though!
