Hi everyone! My mom just recently started weight watchers and she's trying to find some good recipes with not a whole lot of points. Do any of you have any recipes that you could share with the nutritional info or points? Thanks!
There have been quite a few Weight Watchers recipes posted. They all looked really good and were IBS safe! Try a search without time limits for Weight Watchers.

Have your mom subscribe to the free Weight Watchers online newsletter; they always have great recipes. Their online program is AWESOME; I love it (but it's not cheap). I get some super recipes there too, and I convert my old recipes into points by using the online program. It's terrific!
