I posted new recipes in the thread 2 down from this that you started, sorry hadn't been online much last week to get them up sooner.. but I posted as I was done cooking yesterday- at least these things.. the soup is tonights job.. and DH gets to come home early enough to start the main course, etc tomorrow.. I get off at 4:30 and we sit down at 6! I won't have a ton of time, but it will all work out, I'm sure.
