I've never heard of Chinese plum sauce, but I use hoisin (me too sp? lol) with my fajitas. I make chicken fajitas using HanSolo's to-die-for Teriyaki Marinade.
And, I just realized Han that this wasn't on the recipe index!! I'm fixing that RIGHT NOW, so it will be on there on the next update. I can't believe I missed one of my favorite recipes on the boards!! LOL

Hi again Mags,
Actually I was hoping to get your recipe for the fajitas. I've never made these, so before I can put any marinade on them what do I need to do to prepare the fajitas......I'm clueless!
