Unless something says it is breast only it has dark meat in it. Yet for most people the total fat for the meal is what counts. You have to be more careful if you eat some dark meat poultry because the fat grams add up so much faster than breasts, but it can be tolerated after a while if put into the right meal. When I use dark meat I don't add any other fat or maybe a dab of Smart Balance on my rice or veggies. With Pam fat free cooking is possible and that is what you need if you add the fattier poultry parts.
*when using whole chickens/turkeys or legs always remove fat and skin.
