Chicken Bouillon Substitute

The chicken bouillon I have has dairy in it. There is a recipe I would like to try that has 3 cubes in it. Does anyone have a substitute to suggest?

You can get dairy-free, gluten-free bouillion cubes. The are available for purchase in HFS.

I haven't spent too much time at the HFS. I usually only go every two weeks or so to get soy cheese or dairy-free choc chips, stuff I can't get at the grocery store. Good to know that dairy-free bouillon cubes exist. Thanks so much!

Look at your supermarket for Chef Sid's vegetable stock concentrate. It comes in an 8 oz tub.
