Roast turkey new

I roast it as directed on the turkey package - I like the ones with the built-in pop-up thermometers. I peel an onion, but leave it whole and roll it in sage, then put the onion in the cavity. I mix half FF chicken broth and half white wine, add sage to the mixture, and use that to baste. I baste every 15 minutes. The drippings make wonderful gravy - I think it would be IBS safe, but I wouldn't swear to it.
