Lemons!! Need recipes!!

I'm looking for recipes using lots of lemon. If no one has seen one, the lemons of FL have a variety that is big as a grapefruit (but look more like a navel orange in shape).
So someone gave a few, and I hate to waste things!! Any suggestions?

But why not lemon poppyseed cake? It's one of my FAVS and a great use of lemon.
Also, you could make some lemonade and freeze it into icecubes for those summer cravings.
Why not make a nice sorbet?

I'm kind of late on this, but if you're still looking for stuff, I like to make Lemon Cajun fish dishes with steamed white rice. Very yummy.

It's fabulous stuff, either as an after dinner drink or over ice cream. It's an Italian Liqueur that is easy to make. Do a Google search and you'll find a lot of similar recipes. You take the outer most lemon peel off LOTS of lemons (no white please) then soak the peels for a long time in vodka. I soaked mine for over 2 months. Then take the lemon out and add a simple simple syrup. I've made it for Christmas gifts, but started making it in the middle of the summer. When complete it's stored in the freezer for serving. Yummy stuff.
