Hello,
just thought I would post a new discovery at the grocery store tonight. President's Choice has added a lactose-free, non-hydrogenated, low fat margarine to their line of products. It was only 99 cents a container so I thought I would share what I found. Great EH!!!!! lol

Becel also has a lactose free margarine. It's the one with the red lid.

Confession: I have never used the stuff (i.e. margarine) & have no idea what I would use it on, but that's actually good to know & file in the back of my skull.
