Anyone trying anything new this week?

I was going to try Ravioli Chicken Soup, but I couldn't find any raviolli or tortellini without dairy at my regular grocery store. (I know...big surprise, eh? ) Oh well, I'll check next time I go to Whole Foods. Will save this for a later What's Cooking.

Instead my recipe for this week is Oven Baked Chicken in Gravy.

And, I did make Kree's Bread Machine Buttermilk and Honey Wheat Bread too.

I made Simon's Zucchini Risotto last night, with some shredded carrots mixed in as well.....mmmmmm, tasty, and it was an interesting (pretty!) green color as well!

It looks like we're going to have some relatively chilly weather for a few days, so I'm going to try Kree's Spiced Tea.

I decided to try Shrimp Fra Diavolo last night. Will post my review (and variations) with the recipe.

I made this. It smells great, but it was a little too "puckery" for me tastewise. Next time, I'd use less cranberry juice and more honey.
