Take about a pound of turkey chop up onions, green peppers and celery (add as many or as little as you'd like) worchester sauce.. a few shakes a squirt of ketchup 1/2cup of bread crumbs Grill seasoning 1 egg white 1/2 cup bbq sauce 1/4 cup salsa Mix that all together and put in muffin tins that have been sprayed with pam. I just made these and they are awesome.. and come out like cute little muffins. Bake 450 18-20 mins one serving - 2 to 3 "muffins" -------------------- if God brought you to it.
