Hubby wants to make some great things for snacking and bless his heart he his trying to make them IBS friendly. I was just wondering if anyone had any new things they might be trying. I know alot of the old standbys. I just was wanting to be inspired!! I am might post this dip I found in a magazine that I tweaked to make it IBS friendly.

Care to share what you are making new or old????

for New Years eve we had a party like that and I did pulled chicken and had merengue kisses and hummus and pita as some of the items so I would be safe with the things others would want- like DH"s ribs...
