I can't BELIEVE I didn't make this before! I was given a whole bagful of oranges by a co-worker, so I thought I'd put them to good use and try out this recipe...and OMG, it is so gorgeous and bursting with orange flavor. Mmmm. And each slice is so pretty too, with the orange flecks. And it is being DEVOURED by everyone at work!!!!

This does look wonderful - and I love oranges. Where did you find the "orange flower water" the recipe calls for?

I found it at a local gourmet grocery store, called AJ's (only in Arizona), in the baking aisle, next to the rose water. And it was cheap! Like $2. Imported from France. I go there for any and all exotic ingredients...however, I've seen rose water at quite a few places, so I'm sure the orange flower water shouldn't be too hard to find. And if it's not at your local health food store or whatnot, you can check out the local asian supermarket -- it's bound to be there.

Thanks. If I can't find it around here, I'll be in Arizona in March. -nt- new

No kidding, about an hour ago I was looking thru my EFI book and started thinking about trying to track down some orange blossom water and rose water. (I was looking at the Spring Blossom Tea though). Now, I come online and see this...it's like a sign! I have a local store that I think I might try to see if they have it.

Very pretty pic, BTW! It does look awesome!
