I haven't actually tasted this, but has anyone used it instead of coffee in recipes for baking? I saw it at my store today and was wondering if I could use it for that.

and the flavor wasn't bad at all. Since I can tolerate coffee drinking the "fake stuff" just felt funny but I will say the flavor was not bad at all.
I can't think of a reason not to try it in your baking. If you try it, please let us know how it turns out!

I suppose you could... although honestly it doesn't taste a lot like coffee. I drink it frequently, and it's a great sub, but not really coffee-like. I'd recommend using Rocamojo or Soyfee if you can get your hands on those. They have a much more realistic coffee taste.
