Uh, your welcome? LOL!!!

Maybe it does mean you can tolerate dairy now, maybe it doesn't. Maybe there's not enough in there to bother you. But, your store brand still has dairy? I've been meaning to check mine to see if the store brand does, but I keep forgetting. Maybe I'll add it to my shopping list for tomorrow, just to remind me to look....

I noticed the store brands have dairy in them but not the cool whip. I have a container of cool whip free in my fridge and all it says less than 2% sodium caseinate from milk. Maybe we need to start contacting these companies that are adding milk to their products. Duncan Hines added milk to all of their mixes and it's just stupid. There are people with allergies to milk and here they are adding milk. If your not careful in checking everything you buy you just never know if they decide to add something that isn't safe for us.

I would try to avoid the sugar-free pudding - maybe just use regular pudding mix with rice milk? The sugar-free puddings use Splenda, which causes loads of gas in most of the people I know!

It's always had caseinate (as do all other non-dairy whipped toppings I've found) and HFCS. I just bought some a couple days ago and the ingredients are still the same. So if it's changed, it hasn't made its way here yet! I thought for sure the other kinds of Cool Whip had whey/milk in them because I remember reading all of the labels when I first started on the diet (a year and a half ago) and only the FF stuff was even remotely safe.

I've never had Hip Whip before -- isn't that HFCS- and casein-free? It's ungodly expensive though, around here it's like $4 for a tub.

You could sub marshmallow creme for the Cool Whip and have Rocky Road bars instead!

P.S. Doesn't sugar-free pudding mix have bad evil artificial sweeteners??

I didn't even notice the sugar-free pudding! Yes, it's nasty... I'm guessing Bev used regular pudding.

Yes, Spasmtastical, they DO "really taste that good." It's like a cross between a snickers bar and a peanut butter cup. However, be very careful with the ingredients, because one contains HFCS, another contains artificial sweeteners, and the other contains dairy. I'm lucky; they don't bother me -- but maybe it's because I can have only one little serving, so I'm not eating a lot -- and one serving is only 2 points on the Weight Watchers program.

Yes, they really DO taste that good.
