How does one mix these to make them safe? Should I buy some vanilla soy yogurt? Would vanilla rice dream work? How about vanilla soy milk? Could I get away with using applesauce?
Please advise, if you have experience.

Thanks.
Kate.

I just use applesauce and vanilla extract. I believe it's 2/3 cup applesauce and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, the exact recipe is on the side of the box.

Thanks for the quick tip--it's easier than pie! I saw some "No-Pudge" mixes at the store when hunting for IBS-friendly snacks and being a baking novice, I thought that mixes might be the way to go, initially. Homemade always FEELS better, somehow.

You've got tons of great recipes/ideas, by the way & I'm truly inspired!

Kate.
