Anyone made/tried this yet from EFI? Any pointers before I buy the stuff to make it?

Hey Shell, I made it about a year ago and it was great. The recipe is easy to follow and it's pretty yummy. Enjoy! Panda

You can find it under "What the Filipinos feed you when you're sick...." in the recipe index. Very similar, though this one adds ginger and chicken breast. Yummy, and VERY soothing on the tummy - even on a "when you can't eat anything" day. I'll ask my MIL what the filipino name for it is - I know you'll want to know. Hugs, Alicia.

from this recipe. I have 2 turkey wings in the freezer. Poor turkey you should have seen it roasting missing its two wings.

I am sick with a mild cold so it was so nice! The soup is good, I like it with big ginger pieces and soy sauce. I added scallions, bell peppers, and carrots. I did 1 1/2 times the rice and water including one can of broth and 2 turkey wings. DH thought it was ok but he doesn't like comfort food you know. I am going to freeze the leftovers and will see how well it freezes.
