I sent an email request yesterday requesting a recipes for blending vegetables and now I can't find the post or replies if there any. Can anyone tell me how to find it? Thank you.

You can click on the page numbers listed below the posts or you can click on your username to get to your public profile and then click on "Show All User's Posts." But, here's a link to that post:
Blending Recipe Needed

(It was on page 3 of the IBS Diet Board.)

You could also mark/toggle your posts as favorites so you'll receive an email notification whenever someone replies to them.

Can you be more specific re: the vegetable(s)you desire to blend? That's pretty vague. I basically cook/puree most of my veggies that are predominantly IF.
