Ling-Ling's Potstickers Vegetable Dumplings
I absolutely love these potstickers! I was hesitant to try them initially because the ingredients list looks pretty intimidating, veggie-wise. However, I was desperate for a way to enjoy potstickers again so I gave them a shot. I'm so glad I did because they are wonderful and I've never had a problem after eating them. (I am pretty stable compared to many others on this site though) They're occassionally in the organic section of the regular grocery store and I've always been able to find them at the health food store/co-ops.

they are thai dumplings..
similar to potstickers on the inside, except there is not dough all the way around them. They are yummy!
