What should i do for birthday cake???

Hi,my first post all the way over here on this board.What do you do regarding birthday cake?do you think stuff it and eat it,or does anyone know of a ibs safe alternative?

Look in the recipe index.  Heather's Peppermint Fudge cake is also awesome... or, if peppermint isn't your thing, the recipe is almost exactly the same as her chocolate-applesauce bread, so just bake that in cake pans instead of loaf pans.
Never, ever just say "stuff it" and eat normal cake anyway. I've had 2 birthdays in a row ruined by bad attacks that way.

One of my favorites, besides Heather's cake, is Swirled Cherry Cake. Just make sure you get a dairy-free cake mix! The generic brands usually are, I've found. You can also make this with chocolate cake mix for a different taste! I think this one is soooo yummy.
