I have looked alover this website and so many people have asked if skittles are safe to eat and noone really answers a yes or no. So are they? I know we are all different and HFCS is a trigger for some but not me. Someone please YES or NO.

They fall in the same category as things like Dots, Mike & Ikes and gumdrops - chewy candies that don't contain dairy and are typically fat-free. You should be fine with them, since you're not sensitive to HFCS.

I agree. I'm not sensative to HFCS and I can eat Skittles with no problems... and often do.

I just double-checked the ingredients. 10% fat and corn syrup but no HFCS. So they are safe. I find that anytime I ingest too much sugar like that I feel a little queasy like a kid after halloween, but they are not unsafe in average portions.

Skittles of the one thing in the vending machine at work that I can eat! I'm not sensitive to hfcs either, usually. Skittles and junior mints, them's the favs.

Ya know, I didn't think they did, but I personally can't stand skittles, so I didn't know offhand! Thanks!
