I have some pot (or scotch) barley, and wanted to make baked goods out of it. I am also wondering if I can grind this up and make it into barley flour...is this possible?

Sure you can, but only add about 1/4-1/3 cup of barley flour to a little less than 1 cup reg all purpose wheat (white flour). When ever using flours other than wheat you want to mix types so the taste/consistancy won't be too off.

Once you combine the flours, just use the same amount called for in any reg recipe that normally calls for just wheat flour.
