Casey thanks for this recipe. I just love the choco cake for one. Since I am trying to keep a count of my calories and fats daily I wondered if anyone has ever figured the cals and fats for these wonderful little cakes. I am buying the cake mix and pudding again so I can try to figure this one out.

I have to admit that I have no idea... and I don't have any cake mix or pudding on hand to calculate it, either. All I know off the top of my head is that the egg white part is 17 calories. LOL!

Based on 9 half-cup servings from the mixes and the egg white here's what I came up with. 270 calories and 4.6 gr of fat. When I bake a serving I'll probably only eat half of it at a sitting yeah right!

If you use Egg Beaters instead of egg white, it's simple to make *half* of a serving. Use 1/4 cup mix, 1 tbsp Egg Beaters, and 1 tbsp water, and put it all in a regular-size mug or a small bowl for microwaving (so it looks like more - heh!).
I think that's right, anyway... if 1/4 cup of Egg Beaters equals a whole egg, 1 tbsp would equal half of an egg white, right? (I can never remember if there's 3 tbsp or 4 tbsp in a 1/4 cup.)

Thanks Casey, I wrote those directions down. I am a tad compulsive when it comes to sweets!
