Don't laugh too hard, but I LOVE your "Mock Mashed Potatoes--Cauliflower" recipe, listed in the exchange index. It's rather embarrassing. I've been making myriad variations of it. With sf and enzymes, it doesn't cause me a single problem. Thanks again for reminding me of "Faux-tatoes."
