I bought some this morning on the way to work. So, I really did not have a lot of time to chit chat with the lady there about all the breads.

I got Old Fashioned White (which is one of their everyday breads...some of them they only make 1-2 times a week i.e. sourdough)......YUMMY YUMMY YUM!! Ingredients: Unbleached flour, water, honey, yeast, & sea salt.

I also got Country French.... I have not tried it yet, only because I read the label and now I'm not sure if this one is ok... so, I will wait until someone replies Ingredients: Our own fresh stone ground whole wheat , unbleached flour, water, yeast, & sea salt.

They come in both loaf & round.....

Find a store near you!! http://www.greatharvest.com/storefinder.htm

Sorry, I don't think I can help, but thought I would tell you that I did the same thing. I bought the country french not expecting it to have whole wheat. I think it all has to do with what you tolerate. I gave my loaf to a friend when I noticed that.

Hey Shell1970,

I live over in Port Orchard until March when I move, but have lived her most of my life.

I went to that brilliant bakery when I visited my family in Kenmore.

Are you moving closer to us?

I can't wait to get others together that are local so we can have one of those dinner parties where we bring recipes from Heathers book, wear sweats, & eat with the hot packs in our lap! (hey a girl can dream right)......
