Sounds delicious, but I'm not sure I know what it is
It can be a bit tricky to know what everything is in Swedish so could somone give me the recipe?

Here's Heather's recipe from Eating for IBS.....

2 apples, peeled, cored & chopped

Put apples in a small saucepan & add just enough water to cover the bottom. Cover & cook over med-low heat, stirring occasionally, until apples disintegrate, about 20-30 min.

Serves 2, easily doubled

First I'll tell you how it's made, then if it doesn't ring a bell I'll find a proper recipe...applesauce is made by peeling, coring, and cutting up apples, cooking them in a little bit of water until soft, and then pureeing them (or they can be cooked whole and put through a food mill to remove skin and seeds). Sometimes it's sweetened, or flavored with cinnamon.

It's referred to a lot on here because it's a good fat substitute in baking. Any fruit puree would work (such as baby food fruit).

Thank you, both of you!
Looks like it's the same thing we call "mashed apples" (sort of - "äppelmos" i Swedish)
