Hi! I'm going gluten free for a while and I was wondering what some good recipes are? I tried Kandees blueberry muffins already and they were fabulous! I would love some more recipes if anyone has any! Thank you!

Here is a post describing how Kandee makes my Gingerbread Muffins gluten-free. If you go back to page one you'll find the original recipe she modifies. I know Kandee says they make wonderful GF muffins, although I've never tried them that way myself!
