I didn't feel like doing a what did you try one because I already made this and didn't feel like doing two posts. I made Sharon Mello's Chocolate Zuchinni Cake It was really good. I used a regular 13x9 pan instead of a bundt pan and it cut the time way down for baking. It only took 1/2 hour in my oven. It is very dense this way and I still made a frosting for it although it is very moist and wouldn't need it! It is a great thing to make if you are getting lots of zuchinni in your garden right now!!!

I made Casey's Frozen Strawberry Cake. It was really good, but also ... weird. I think that in my mind graham crackers and strawberries just don't go together. It tasted good, just disorientingly good.

I didn't have any regular soy milk on hand after all, so I ended up having to use strawberry soy milk instead. Other than that no modifications. I used a 9x5 loaf pan.

Also I forgot what a pain it is to crush graham crackers! (I know you can buy them pre-crushed, but they're expensive.) I still have crumbs all over the floor. Really need to go sweep that up.
