What's Cooking - Week of July 25, 2005 - results!

Did anyone else start a results thread?? I looked but couldn't find it. Hope not.

I made PB Brownies. I didn't use any cocoa powder, but did use all egg whites and reduced-fat PB. I have never been able to find dairy-free mini choc chips, so I used regular-size choc chips.

Anyway, chip size aside, these were really awesome. I only had a tiny square because I'm not feeling very well today. The funny thing is that even though I know I thought they were great, I can't remember now what they tasted like. Well, besides peanut butter-y, obviously. Sorry, am space case-ish today.

I made Maple BBQ Chicken. It was good - sweet and mustardy and a tiny bit spicy. I don't think it will be an every week entree, but it's great for when you want something a little different than your basic grilled chicken breast.
