Hi, Does anybody know of some simple recipes for non or
not too spicy white sauces for pasta. I got some high SF
corn spagetti that I'm going to mix in some zuc's,shrooms,
and a bit of chicken. Thanks, Bob

Ah, thanks very much! The Rice Dream sauce sounds pretty
and simple. Also, all the ingredients are available
around here which is often not the case because of
