I had a kitchen moment of genius this morning!
I decided to make hashbrowns, and instead of putting a ketchup-like product, I decided to use maple syrup.
!!!
Fan-freaking-tastic!
So I made some more for supper, and actually cooked the maple syrup in the pan with the potatoes, celery, onions and peppers, and I think I'm going to patent this recipe or something.
Heh, or maybe I'm just addicted to maple.
