I was wondering what type of condiments people use. Ketchup? Mustards? Mayos? BBQ sauce? (all store made). I read somewhere that mustards can be good for the tummy (good for me) but ketchup and mayo are also major staples in my diet. I would soak everything in ketchup if I could! I saw some soy mayo, I think it was Nayonaise (by one of the tofu brands usually in the produce department of Meijer). Any recommendations? I love mayo and mustard on turkey sandwiches and veggie burgers. Any suggestions would be great!

I am pretty fortunate because I do use the store condiments. BBQ sauce, mustard and fat free mayo.
I do not use Ketchup very often anymore.
There is a recipe on the board to make your BBQ sauce. I haven't tried it before, but I am sure it's very good - all the recipes on here usually are.
YOu will have to do a search to find it though with all dates chosen.

I use humus instead of mayo on my turkey sandwiches, there are a bunch of flavors. I have just started to get into mustard, but need to be very careful of the high frutose (sp?) in some mustards. I have an sensitivity to tomatoes and mayo I very rarely use anymore.
