Are chinese noodles on the good side of eating for IBS or bad. The package does not state fat content, calories, sodium, etc. ??? Thanks

There are different kinds of Chinese noodles. I know it is tough when they are foreign packaged and you are not sure what is in there. Safe guess, if they are yellow then they are unsafe because they are fried- also if they have a glossy sort of look like ramen noodles. But lots of Asian noodles are safe. Rice noodles and other noodles that are not fried are great!
