I know this would change the flavor, but could you do a graham cracker crust in place of a regular crust?

Or maybe turning it into something like apple crisp with a topping of margarine and sugar?

The junior mint brownies are sooo good!!! I used coconut oil rather than butter/margarine, but I used less than called for... maybe half... I didn't need to add more liquid, it was fine like that.

Also, I used 3 egg whites from large eggs.
