Ok, so I just made some sweet cinnamon zucchini bread (one of my faves), actually made them in muffin form. I made them for a road trip, I leave tomorrow morning early. My husband is out of town and won't be back until late Friday night, and I want him to be able to try it since I ate it all last time. So do I....keep it in an airtight container? Stick it in the fridge? Freeze it? Help!!!
Thanks, Ginger

If just until Friday.... and airtight container at room temp should be just fine... much past Friday I would freeze them.
Thanks, Ginger

I make muffins all the time, but I'm the only one eating them, so I let them cool, through them in a gallon size ziploc bag, and put them in the freezer. I pull one out when I pack my lunch for work, and it's thawed by lunch time. Or if I'm at home, I put it on a paper towel and heat it for about a minute.
