Heather lemon bread question.....

In the EFIBS cookbook....Heather has a lemon bread recipe...I make it all the time and love it. My sister wants the recipe, so I was wondering about the milk. It calls for soy or rice and you add it to vinager. Should I just tell her regular milk and vinager? And then it calls for 4 egg whites. Could I just tell her 2 regular eggs???

The soymilk/vinegar is in place of buttermilk. I don't know how much to tell you to sub, but I would assume 1:1....but you know what assuming does! And you are right about the eggs. I have used eggs instead of whites occasionally, and it is fine.
