I just went to the website and found Silk Chai and wondered if anyone has tried it? This is what is in it:
Silk - Chai, Quart
Filtered Water, Whole Organic Soybeans, Naturally Milled Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Black Tea, Green Tea, Caramel Color, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Natural Flavors, Calcium Carbonate, Carrageenan, Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12.

I think that everything is ok to have except what about Black tea? Is there caffeine in that?

I've had it and it's yummy. No problems. It does have carrageenan, which bothers some people, but not me.

I almost picked it up at whole foods the other night but saw the black tea listed, I beleive that it will have caffeine then. I guess it depends how much there is and how much caffeine you can tolerate!

Yep, with the black and green teas it's definitely caffeinated. I guess it would just depend on how much caffeine you can tolerate - if you're ok with a cup of (not decaf) black tea you'd probably be ok with this. If not though, I'd be careful with it.

Alternatively, you could also try emailing or calling the company to see how much caffeine it has in it. HTH
