Hi

I just wanted to let everyone know that Subway's mayo and some other sauces are fat-free! Ask an employee which ones. It's stamped fat-free on the re-fill sauce bags.

I know because i've been working their till I can find an office job and all Subway's have the same products. It's a thing the owners have to agree to do when they purchase a Subway. Every Subway also has someone come in once a month to inspect to make sure they are following procedure.

So... there should be some extra sauces there for us be be able to eat and have a little more varity in our diet. The tuna is made with the fat-free mayo and so is the seafood though the tuna is the only meat that isn't processed at Subway.

When I go back to work i'll check which of the other sauces are also fat-free. I think there are about 3-4 in total.

Robyn, is it true that Subway's chicken salad is made with yogurt? I asked years ago if it contained any dairy and was told it did--I'm hoping that has changed? Thanks.

Hi

It depedns on the sauce that is put on it. Which type do you use? Though I am pretty sure it's not yogurt. Is it the actual salad dressing packages that they give out with the salads or is it dressing that you also use on the subs? Let me know which one and i'll peep in the back and find out for you. Though I do suspect that it is made from a dairy product. I'll also try to see what is in the low fat brownies.

My manager told me I could call (800) 888-4848 for the Subway headquarters to find out diet info or if people had complaints. They should have all the info that you can think of.

Their e-mail is www.subway.com and they are located at:
SUBWAY HEADQUATERS
325 BIC DRIVE
MILFORD CT.
06460

I'll post what I find out!

Some of the fat free dressings are:
Sweet Onion
Mayo
Red Wine Ving

Also we can eat the Mustard
